I love to experiment with new ingredients and techniques and I'm always challenging myself to learn more. After selling my cafe in Idyllwild, California, nestled in the San Jacinto mountains, I'm trilled to bring my talents and expertise 3000 mile east to the beautiful Lowcountry.
